WHAT ARE YOUR CHECK-IN/OUT TIMES?
Check-in is between 4pm and 8pm. Late Check-in is possible with prior arrangement. If failure to do so, it will result in your booking being cancelled and you will be denied access to the hostel.
Check-out is at 10:00am. Guests are asked to remove all their belongings from their room and also from the lockers. Please return all the keys to the reception.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Failure to make any cancellations with more than 24h notice or failing to arrive on the first day of your booking without notice means that any deposit will be forfeited and the balance of the first night’s accommodation will be charged to your credit card, after which your subsequent nights, if any, will be cancelled. So if you are delayed, please let us know asap so we can try to amend your booking (subject to availability).
DO YOU ACCOMMODATE CHILDREN?
Children are more than welcome in our hostel, but we ask you to keep them under supervision at all times.
Children under 8 years old cannot be accommodated in shared rooms, you would then need to book a private room. Please advise the hostel if you require a portable cot. Feel free to contact us if you have any concern.
CAN I CHANGE MY RESERVATION?
Please contact the Broadford Backpackers directly if you wish to make any amendments to your reservation.
We will try our best to accommodate your amendments (subject to availability).

DO YOU TAKE GROUP BOOKINGS?
The Broadford Backpackers allows group booking (more than 8) and large family gathering. The best would be to contact us directly by email or by phone and our team will be happy to assist you.
DO YOU HAVE LAUNDRY SERVICE?
We do have a washing machine and a dryer at the hostel.
Please ask the reception and they will be happy to help you out.
WHAT ARE THE OPENING HOURS?
The reception is open from 9am to 12pm and from 4pm to 8pm! The self-catering kitchen is open from 7am to 10pm.
